Our Monday and Wednesday exercise group is still going strong. Many employees have shared their personal successes. We've had great participation in the Biggest Loser Contest. I personally have reached my target weight loss goal and managed to maintain it for a full year now. Let us know about some of your successes. What have you found that works for you. Feel free to share your struggles too.
